產(chǎn)品概述
LCM3399基于瑞芯微RK3399芯片平臺設(shè)計的一款全功能核心模塊，尺寸82mm*63mm。核心模塊與底板的連接采用標準MXM3.0卡座連接器，并通過4顆M3的螺絲固定，牢固可靠也易于安裝和維修。金手指部分采用電鍍硬金工藝，更耐磨耐腐蝕，相較沉金（軟金）工藝，插拔壽命更長。
